This appiication was <br />complete on June 27, 2000, after the effective date of Amended Ordinances 96-074 and 96- <br />071. This application has been evaluated for consistency with the version ot the GMA <br />Comnrehensive Plan, which became etfective on December 12, 1996, as revised through tho <br />completencss date for the applicaBon. , <br />7he subjecl properly is designaied Urban Medium Density Residential (UMDR: 6-12 du/ac) on <br />Ihe GNP Fulure Land Use map, and is located within an Urban Growth Area (UGA). According <br />to lhc GPP, tho Urban Medium Densily Residential designation "covers various sub-area plan <br />desi�nalions which allow a combination o( detached homes on small lots, townhouses, and <br />apa�lrnents in Inw density, multifamily residential developments. Land in this category may be <br />dcveluped up to a maximum density of twelve dwelling units per acre.
