On November 27, 1996 (effective December 12, <br />1993) Ihc Councll adopted Jlmended Ordinances 96-074, and 96-071 which amended the map <br />and texl of lhe Snohomish County GMA Comprehensive Plan, and adopted an area wide <br />rezone within lhe Urban Growth Areas of the counly respectively. This appiication was <br />complete on June 27, 2000, after the effective date of Amended Ordinances 96-074 and 96- <br />071. This application has been evaluated for consistency with the version ot the GMA <br />Comnrehensive Plan, which became etfective on December 12, 1996, as revised through tho <br />completencss date for the applicaBon. , <br />7he subjecl properly is designaied Urban Medium Density Residential (UMDR: 6-12 du/ac) on <br />Ihe GNP Fulure Land Use map, and is located within an Urban Growth Area (UGA).
