• <br /> (8) A division of land for the purpose <br /> of dedication to the City for <br /> municipal purposes. <br /> C. The exemptions provided herein shall not <br /> be construed as exemptions from <br /> compliance with all other applicable <br /> standards required by the City and <br /> State. <br /> SECTION 2 : Section 5 (C) (12) of Ordinance No. 1119-85 (EMC <br /> 18 . 24 . 150) which reads as follows: <br /> 12 . Fire Hydrant Improvements: <br /> a. Fire Hydrants shall be installed per <br /> City' s Hydrant Code. <br /> b. Fire Hydrants must be approved and <br /> operating prior to framing of buildings. <br /> c. Each building site on each lot in a <br /> Single Family or Duplex subdivision or <br /> short subdivision shall be no further <br /> than three hundred and fifty (350) <br /> driving feet from a fire hydrant. <br /> d. Each building site on each lot in a <br /> Multiple Family or commercial <br /> subdivision or short subdivision shall <br /> be no further than two hundred (200) <br /> driving feet from a fire hydrant and not <br /> closer than fifty (50) feet from <br /> building site. <br /> e. For all divisions of land this ordinance <br /> shall prevail. <br /> be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 12 . Fire Hydrant Improvements: <br /> a. Fire Hydrants shall be installed per <br /> City' s Hydrant Code. <br /> b. Fire Hydrants must be approved and <br /> operating prior to framing of buildings. <br /> c.
