This <br /> three hundred and fifty (350) foot <br /> requirement may be waived or modified by <br /> the Fire Chief or his designee when <br /> buildings are protected by an approved <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> d. Each building site on each lot in a <br /> Multiple Family or commercial <br /> subdivision or short subdivision shall <br /> be no further than two hundred (200) <br /> driving feet from a fire hydrant and not <br /> closer than fifty (50) feet from <br /> building site. <br /> e. For all divisions of land this ordinance <br /> shall prevail. <br /> SECTION 3 : SEVERABILITY <br /> Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause <br /> or phrase of this ordinance or its application to any person <br /> or situation be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any <br /> reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br /> remaining portions of this ordinance or its application to <br /> any other person or situation.
