WHEREAS, the City Council, upon due consideration, deems it in the best interest of the <br /> health, safety, and welfare of the public that a Resolution be adopted requiring the demolition <br /> of the building; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the building located at 314 Olympic Boulevard, Everett, Washington, which is legally <br /> described as follows, contains conditions which endanger the life, limb, health, property, <br /> safety, and welfare of the public: <br /> Legal Description of the above referenced property is as follows; <br /> Lot 48, Plat of View Ridge Addition to Everett Division No. 2 as per plat recorded in <br /> volume 12 of Plats, page 19, records of Snohomish County; <br /> Less the South 4 feet; <br /> And less the North 6 feet thereof; <br /> Situate in the County of Snohomish, State of Washington. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be substandard as is defined in the <br /> Uniform Housing Code. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the above-described property is hereby declared to be dangerous as defined in the <br /> Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> Section 4: <br /> That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the building demolished and cleared <br /> from said premises. <br />
