Section 5: <br /> That all expenses incurred by the City as a result of said demolition work shall be made a <br /> personal obligation of the property owner or an assessment against the property, in which case <br /> the City of Everett shall ask the County Treasurer to enter the amount of the assessment upon <br /> the tax rolls against the property and collect the same with regular property taxes and with <br /> interest at such rate as provided for in RCW 84.56.020. <br /> Section 6: <br /> That the herein described demolition shall not be commenced until not less than ten (10) days <br /> after the notification by personal service or by mailing via registered or certified mail of notice <br /> of the herein described Everett City Council Resolution to the owner of the herein described <br /> property. <br /> Councilmember Introd %fig Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this 22nd day of April , 1998 4ouncil President <br />
