INTRODUCTION IPurpose: The purpose of this report is to document the traffic impacts that may result from the development of a Employee Activity Center for Boeing employees. It is being submitted to meet City of Everett requirements in conformance to the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA). Project Description.• The proposed development will be located in southwest Everett, north of the west end of Seaway Boulevard along the west side of 36th Avenue West, as shown in Figure 1. The site is approximately 65 acres in size and will contain an employee activity center building with outdoor tennis courts, baseball fields, jogging trails and other similar outdoor sport areas for the use of Boeing employees. The building will have a total area of 75,000 square feet Some of the specific uses that will be contained in the main building include: First Floor Area Recreation Offices Gymnasium Fitness Room ® �1 Health/Fitness Offices Reception Area i Locker Rooms to _ T.V. Lounge Storage Corridors Mechanical Spaces Lobby ®m► Shower Rooms Meeting Rooks Toilets :riain Aerobics Room s k j; Second Floor Area Aerobics/Activity Room Cardiac Care Office Fitness Wammp Area Classrooms Toilets Recreation Activity Rooms Kitchenette Corridors Storage Upper Lobby Mechanical Spaces Running Track Other site improvements will include: A 525-car parking area, a lighted tennis complex containing six courts, a jogging trail, four baseball fields, natural and developed landscaping, and access roads. The facility will employ a total of 20 people with a maximum total during any shift of 20. At any one time, in addition to the facility employees, 450 Boeing employees may be using the facilities.
