PRINCIPAL ACCESS ROUTES <br />All of the users travelling to the proposed Recreational Center are Boeing employees. <br />Therefore the ingress route is essentially isolated to Seaway Boulevard and 36th Avenue <br />West between the main Boeing plant and the proposed Recreational Center. <br />Trips leaving the Center will use several exit routes determined by the trip distribution and <br />Ic I <br />assignment discussed in Section W. <br />The principal exit routes are briefly described as follows: <br />{ <br />. Seaway Boulevard is a four -lane principal arterial that connects SR 526 with the Boeing <br />a A W <br />Plant and other commercial sites along the Seaway Boulevard corridor. <br />I <br />I <br />. SR 526 is an east -west arterial connecting the Mukilteo and Paine Field areas with <br />Interstate 5. The facility is a four -lane freeway from I-5 to Airport Road and a principal <br />arterial east of Airport Road to SR 525. <br />e SR 525 (Mukilteo Speedway) is a two-lane north -south principal arterial connecting the <br />Mukilteo area to the north Lynnwood area. <br />. 60th Street SW is a three -lane minor arterial connecting Seaway Boulevard with Glennwood <br />i�o1 <br />Avenue. <br />DI. METHODOLOGY <br />rutstudy <br />examines the associated impacts resulting from the proposed Boeing Recreation <br />Center. This study also considers the impact associated with growth of existing traffic and <br />additional traffic to be generated by future development in the Southwest Everett area. <br />The impacts are analyzed related to both existing volumes and 1995 predicted volumes. The <br />year 1995 Policy of City was chosen based upon the time of substantial completion of <br />
