Wft '� <br />I <br />r <br />"� r <br />MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA #157-89 <br />REVISED SEPTEMBER 25, 1990 <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: <br />Issuance of Public Works and Building Permits to allow <br />construction of an approximately 75,000 square foot <br />employee activity/facility. The facility will also <br />include outdoor facilities such as tennis, volleyball <br />and basketball courts; a wooded exercise trail, an <br />archery range, and parking areas. A 0.28 acre forested <br />wetland will be removed and replaced by a 0.6 acre <br />wetland elsewhere on the site. This project was <br />reviewed under the 1957 Zoning Code as amended. <br />PROPONENT: BOEING COMMERCIAL AIRPLANE CO. <br />P.O. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />(SEPA General and other Policies) <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact <br />the surrounding properties.
