Building facades greater than sixty (60) feet in length shall <br />be designed with architectural modulation a minimum of a five <br />y <br />(5) feet in depth and a minimum modulation length of fifteen <br />H y <br />(15) feet and a maximum modulation length of sixty (60) feet, <br />H <br />and minimum height of modulation of 50% of the height of the <br />facade. Special landscaping treatment which creates a visual <br />M <br />break in the building facade shall be required on all blank <br />building facades which are in excess of forty (40) feet in <br />x y y <br />y o CA <br />length. Any building exterior within three hundred feet of an area <br />uses shall be constructed only of <br />designated for residential <br />brick, wood, glass, concrete, stone or stucco.
