A fire flow requirement of 2,000 GPM will require 2 hydrants <br />within 200 but not closer than 5o driving feet of the building. <br />One hydrant to located not more than 100 feet from the Fire <br />Department connection to the sprinkler system. (SEPA Public Services <br />and Utilities Policies) <br />20. The City of Everett and the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control <br />Agency prohibit outdoor burning. Therefore, no fires for the <br />purpose of disposing of clearing or construction debris will be <br />allowed. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />2.1. The site plan reviewed does not indicate provision for vehicle <br />access around the perimeter of the building. It should be noted <br />that the Fire Lane Ordinance requires that buildings requiring <br />more than one hundred parking spaces must be provided a <br />continuous loop fire lane around the building. (SEPA Public <br />Services and Utilities Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br />have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An <br />Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes compliance with state <br />law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br />including but not limited to right-of-way improvement requirements, <br />drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br />7 <br />
