I just 9ot back from out there and it looks like the only Cedar Grove hydrant is north of the road, so one way or another we'll probably have to put a pipe in the road and go through that. The road will be closed if there is a fire at the batch plant and the hydrant could be on either side. What ever makes sense. One clarificaton-since the batch pint is south of the access road and the new watarline will extend from the batch plant to Cedar Grove (which may provide a conduit for the hose) shouldn't the hose run south of the road? Otherwise we'll need to put in some type of crossing to get it over chere.
