These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such <br />as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as amended by <br />the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />NONSTRUCTURAL <br />General <br />/1. Per a conversation with the architect, the building was designed as V-N construction - the V-1 <br />HR designation on the cover sheet was a misprint. <br />The building area should be shown on the cover sheet. <br />3>of <br />he A-3 Occupancy designation is only appropriate for the meeting room area. The remainder <br />the building is a B Occupancy and has been reviewed a� ich. Section 303.1.1 <br />l / property line should be assumed to occur between the apartments and the recreation building <br />for the purposes of exterior wall construction and opening protection. The assumed property line <br />should be shown on the plans and each building should conform accordingly.
