Memorandum WSEPliiq%ftlV1
.....................................................
To: Mayor Hansen CITY & EVERETI
City Council Engineering/Public Services
From: Bob Landles
Date: September 11, 1998 (Revision to 9/9/98 memo to correct typo in chronology.)
Subj: 37th & Grand Complaint
You received a letter from Libby 1oh.,,rm dated September 8, 1998, regarding a 96-unit
apartment complex under construction at 371h and Grand Avenue. Attached is a
chronology of the project review for your information. Our review of the file indicates
that the project is consistent with our Comprehensive Plan and Zoning designation for the
area, and has met all public notice and procedural requirements. Construction permits
have been issued by the City as per the conditions of the SEPA determination. Therefore,
based on our review of the record, there does not appear to be any basis for stopping the
construction.
r
If you have any further questions or require additional information, please let me know.
Thank you.
cc: Paul Roberts
Jim Langus
Don Hale
Jim Iles
Lary Crawford
Dave Tyler
t/
