Attached is a <br />chronology of the project review for your information. Our review of the file indicates <br />that the project is consistent with our Comprehensive Plan and Zoning designation for the <br />area, and has met all public notice and procedural requirements. Construction permits <br />have been issued by the City as per the conditions of the SEPA determination.
