Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br /> so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br /> rights-of-way. The disposal areas must be shown on the site <br /> plan submitted for building permi'ts. (SEPA Aesthetics <br /> Policies) <br /> MITIGATION REQUIRED BY EXISTIN� CODES AND ORDINANCES <br /> 1. Full standard half street improvements are required to 37th <br /> Street on the proposal's full frontage, including but not <br /> limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, drainaqe control and <br /> transitions on the proposal's full frontage per Ordinance 555-78 <br /> as amended.
