Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and <br /> Construction Standards (stalls must be paved and striped) . <br /> For the 6,120 sf existinq retail use and the 7,992 square feet <br /> warehouse proposed, a minimum of 19 parking stalZs are <br /> required.
