Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design ar;d <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department showing site parking layout, <br /> landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary <br /> construction erosion control , and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br /> to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> completed, approved, and warranted before occupar;cy <br /> , permits are issued. <br />� 2 . Special charges for connection to the sewer and w,.. .,.r <br />� systems in accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 and <br /> subsequent revisions are applicable. These charges are <br /> based on projected water usage and can be substantial. <br />( The Applicant is encouraged to obta.in a copy o: the <br /> ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to <br /> building permit application. The actual charges shall <br /> be computed by the Public Works Department per the <br />` ordinance in effect at the time of building permit <br /> issuance. <br />� 3 . City Streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br />� all times during the construction. Dust suppression <br /> �nd street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />' Public Works Inspector. <br /> i <br /> ►_ <br /> 4 . Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the <br /> site and placed within the City Limits. <br /> 5. Performance guarantees are required for the street and <br /> utility imp�ovements before building permits are <br /> t issued. <br />� 6.
