If the lease 1s <br /> terminated due to the overpase, the Proponeat xill have ta relocate the <br /> main acceas from 38th Streec to another side of the propoaed �ullding. <br /> If it is determined that the overpaes ]s not needed, the proponent rrill <br /> then be required to petltion to vacate the right-of-way of 38th <br /> Street.
