At ihe time of our visit, <br /> installation of the W6X25 beams had been compieted in general accordance with the design <br /> and our recommendations. Manta Ray anchors were being installed '+n general accordance i <br /> with the plans and embedded on the order of 15 feet. Testing of the anchors revealed pullout <br /> resistance of at least two times the design capacity of 9 ki��s. Based on our observations, the <br /> retaining wall construction is proceeding in general accordance with the plans and our <br /> geotechnical recommendations.
