It is important to us and to our customers that the pub�ic <br /> water system delivers liigh quality potable water in all cases. <br /> Citv of Everett records indicate that this building is served by a 6-inch single check-valve. A doub�e check <br /> delector is required by the Stafe of Washington for commercial fire services. To comply with state <br /> requirements, lhe city requires the upgrade of the single check-valve to a double check detector <br /> assembly when the commercial building sprinkler system is modified through the city permit process. <br /> Please be advised that the city reqiiires this upgrade as a part of building or sprinkler permit application <br /> for the portion of the building served by the current single check valve. <br /> As the owner of this assembly, you are required to maintain if and improve it as necessary.
