It is important to us and to our customers that the pub�ic water system delivers liigh quality potable water in all cases. Citv of Everett records indicate that this building is served by a 6-inch single check-valve. A doub�e check delector is required by the Stafe of Washington for commercial fire services. To comply with state requirements, lhe city requires the upgrade of the single check-valve to a double check detector assembly when the commercial building sprinkler system is modified through the city permit process. Please be advised that the city reqiiires this upgrade as a part of building or sprinkler permit application for the portion of the building served by the current single check valve. As the owner of this assembly, you are required to maintain if and improve it as necessary.
