As was previously discussed with representati��es of Spane <br /> Buildings Inc., and Gene Miller, this building is being rev�ewed and appro��ed by the <br /> Pianning Department as a warehouse. Section 4.020 of the Zoning Code defines <br /> warehouse as "a bui;ding used to store merchandise, materials, or commodities'; no <br /> activity other than storage should take place within thP proposed structure. Parking for <br /> warehouse use is required at a ratio of 1 parking stall p�r every 1,000 square feet of <br /> gross floor area; based upon the 2,400 square foot warehouse building two parking <br /> stalls have been provided on site. <br /> Any future change of use of the buildiny may require review by the City to determine if <br /> the new use meets the intent of this permit or if it will require a new application which <br /> may include providing additional parking and/or building improvements to be made to the <br /> site.
