The report will include t) a description of the site and surrounding <br /> areas,2) results of the environmental sampling and analysis, 3) all boring logs and <br /> laboratory reports, 4) possible construction impacts associated with site <br /> contamination, if any is found(e.g., worker health and safety issues, contaminated <br /> soil and water handling and disposal,etc.), 5)alternatives available for <br /> remediating identified problems,6) planning level cost estimates,and 7) HWA's <br /> recommendations for a course of action to be followed based on the technical <br /> findings of the investigation. HWA will reduce and present data obtained during <br /> the investigation as well as pre-existing data in an easily understandable format. <br /> We will explain and describe details of the site investigation, as well as discussing <br /> data from the site and stating appropriate conclusions. We will prepare site maps <br /> in order to aid in site evaluation. In completing this task, HWA will prepare an <br /> outline, preliminary draft, draft, preliminary final, and final report based on <br /> consultation with the City and which may include technical assistance/review <br /> from Ecology. <br /> Ecology coordination. HWA will assist with Voluntary Cleanup Program or <br /> formal program application materials, any grant applications, attend meetings <br /> with Ecology and other third parties as requested, and submit work plans and <br /> other requested deliverables to the City for Ecology approval.
