N = As a variance has been granted to allow a 7 foot setback from 43th m I asked for property line stnkes, but the contractor informed me that m o i the location had been inspected by the Bonrd of Adjustment and approved , by them in granting the variance. I inspected the footings for size p m i and steel and t.old the contractor that if he were to pour footings he = � � would be responsible until property line corners were in place. I m , signed the report that the footings were O.Y.. p z n -{ rx I A few days later I was asked to make a foundation insoection and in { N reporti�� to tlie job site observed that no property line stakes had T ' been s�t. I contacted the owner and told him that property lina deter�- p 3 � mination would be required; he called me a day later and informed me = m that he had set the stnkes. When I got there he ha3 set lath as pro- m � perty line stakes. I contacted t•ir. Van Der hfeerche and told him to have �, � a survey performed by a professional land surveyor.
