At that time we were told that 408 was occupizd and 410 and 410A were not occupied. On the unoccupied side we were told the previous owner lived in the upstairs in 410 and downstairs 410A was rented to a gentleman we were told had rented it for the oast 30 years. Kathy and Bryan performed a Iot of cosmetic work to 410A the downstairs unit where the gentleman iived, all appliances and light fixtures were ch�nged. The stove and the free standing fireplace they removed from the unit were very old. It appeared to us they were from the 60's.
