At the time of this permit application, ]anuary 13, 2011, this permit will be reviewed as a change of use from a duplex to a triplex, and is required to meet the current code requirements of a change of use from the 2009 International Residential Code to the 2009 International Building Code. . Since the planning letter was issued prior to the adoption of the City of Everett suppression and detection ordinance in 1992, the Assistant Building Official will allow the use of this commercial residential structure as an existing non-conforming tri-plex, without sprinkler protection. In response to your application for building construction permit, the plans have been examined and you are advised that the drawings are incomplete. Plan review will commence when the two sets of drawings and cala�' 'ions are submitted to resolve the following issues.
