At the time of this permit application, ]anuary 13, 2011, this permit will be <br /> reviewed as a change of use from a duplex to a triplex, and is required to meet the current code <br /> requirements of a change of use from the 2009 International Residential Code to the 2009 <br /> International Building Code. <br /> . Since the planning letter was issued prior to the adoption of the City of Everett suppression <br /> and detection ordinance in 1992, the Assistant Building Official will allow the use of this <br /> commercial residential structure as an existing non-conforming tri-plex, without sprinkler <br /> protection. <br /> In response to your application for building construction permit, the plans have been examined <br /> and you are advised that the drawings are incomplete. Plan review will commence when the two <br /> sets of drawings and cala�' 'ions are submitted to resolve the following issues. Please provide a <br /> response letter, which sho. where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. <br /> Structural <br /> 1.
