The drawin�; sheets title block should be consistent with the permit application: existing <br /> duplex revise:d to tri-plex, as is shown on drawing sheet 2 of 3. <br /> 2. The apartment unit labeling should match the mailing addresses-see attached e-mail <br /> requesting verification from the building owner. <br /> 3. There is e new 'clouded' note for a 'guard per IBC Sec 1013' at the opening of the exterior <br /> stair, which would block the entry and exit to the two units at the second level. Details and <br /> a new guard at the exterior stair will not be required for the existing construction. <br /> 4. Although an architect is not required by Washington State for this size of building, <br /> architectural details are reGuired to complete the permit submittal for issuance. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. Although structural calculations were provided, the details indicatinq new materials, <br /> , thickne_ss, s�ze, and_structural support assem�bly_for the,shear walls,_headers,_and_beariny <br /> walls indicated on sheet 2 of 3 should be shown on the drawings.
