Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2009 International Building Code;) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to contir, , e, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sef of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. Provide floor plan of garage level. Show stairs with minimum 36" landing at bottom. <br />2. Walls separating heated space from unheated spaces are required to be insulated to <br />minimum R-21. <br />3. Provide revised site plan showing the following information: <br />a. Proposed contours at 2'-0" or less intervals. <br />b. Proposed rockeries and retaining walls. <br />c. Proposed driveway (specify material, dimensions and area) <br />d. Proposed stairways, steps (at grade) and sidewalks <br />e. Existing utilities (sewer, water and drainage) <br />f. Proposed utilities (sewer, water and drainage) <br />NOTE: Site plan shall be no less than V= 20' on llx 17 paper max. <br />4. Specify safety glass in hazardous locations as defined in Section R308 International <br />Residential Code (IRC). <br />5.
