Specify joist hangers at 5 1 /4" x 18" PSL beam at the living room. <br />8. Provide minimum R-10 rigid insulation at headers in exterior walls. Show on plans. <br />9. Note on drawings: "Provide (2) 6"x12" screened openings located (1) High; (1) Low near <br />water heater for combustion air." <br />10. The elevation drawings show a glass block area approximately 5' x 4' at the main floor. <br />The floor plan shows a wall behind the stove and a solid wall at the exterior. Please <br />clarify. Specify header size at glass block opening. <br />11.
