All references refer to the 2003 International Residential Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processin� of your.application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Div�sion with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. 1. Tlte plans as drawn do not meet the prescriptive requirements of the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), Prov�de energy code component performance calculations per Chapter 5 WSEC. Verify "U-Value" of all windows in addition. 2. Provide smoke alarms per Section R313 International Residential Code (IRC). 3. Plans preparecl by a licensed architect are required to be "Wet Stamped" and "Countersigned." Please prepare a response lettcr showing where each item in this correction letter is addressed on the plan set. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
