Upon review of the submitted plans, a letter was sent
which detailed additional information necessary in order to continue to process the
permit. No response has been received as yet. Per Section 105.3.2 of the 2003
International Building Code, th permit application initially expires after 180 days after
the date of filing. Unless revised and corrected plans are received prior to April 21,
the permit application will expire.
Ciry of Everett staff inspected the former garage space on March 28, 2006 and noted
that alterations have already taken place - without the required construction permits
being previously issued. The revised plans must reflect the new layout. Additional
comment may be necessary after review of the resubn;itted plans.
If the permit application is allowed to expire, the project will be referred to Code
Compliance for further action. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425)
257-8812.
Sincerely,

Tony R.
