All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Des�gn and Construction Standards and Specifications. 3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 � 4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. 5. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. 6. The contractor must meet with the Public Works inspector (call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403) to discuss potential drainage routing prior to beginning the project. 7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, s�vales, or erosion blankets. 8. Remove erosion control measures upon compietion of the project prior to final approvai of the permit. 9. Ail excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. 10.
