All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett Des�gn and Construction Standards <br />and Specifications. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hrs before you dig. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811 � <br />4. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />5. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />6. The contractor must meet with the Public Works inspector (call Randy Allen at 425-339-7403) to discuss potential <br />drainage routing prior to beginning the project. <br />7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, <br />s�vales, or erosion blankets. <br />8. Remove erosion control measures upon compietion of the project prior to final approvai of the permit. <br />9. Ail excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />10.
