4. <br />� <br />71 <br />8. <br />(- <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMEN7S <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br />Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />���oftop runoif must be discharged lo a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm <br />Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />The contractor must meel with ihe Public Works Inspector to discuss polential drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the project. <br />Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />11. Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />12. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />13. All excavaled material irom foundalion, sidewalk and driveways sliall be hauled to an approved, <br />permitted site. No wasling of material is allowed on this building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building malerials to bc stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjust waler meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everelt Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />this proposal's fn�ntage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damayed area must be replaced). <br />18.
