The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector (call Randy Allen at 425339-7403) to discuss potential <br />drainage routing prior to beginning the project. <br />7. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt (ence, straw bales, <br />swales, or erosion blankets. <br />8. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. <br />9. All excavated material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, permitted site. <br />No wasting of material is allowed on this builiing lot. <br />10. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracke i onto roadway. <br />11. No building materials to be stacked on rcadway and roadway to be kept clean and open for pedestrian travei. <br />12. Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />13. Remove and repiace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everett Standard Pian #'s 305A & 306 on this <br />proposal's frontage as directed by the Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any broken or <br />damaged area must be replaced). <br />14.
