No adverse testimony was received in this matter. <br />CONCLUSIONS <br />1• The application is for the approval of a readjustment of <br />setbacks for the property located at 1507 - Slst Place <br />S.W., Everett, Washington. It is the intent of the <br />Applicant to readjust the setbacks for the purpose of <br />changing the ocientation of the house. <br />2. The criteria of Section 19.70.060 have been reviewed. <br />The agplication satisfies that criteria. <br />3. Exceptional circumstances exist for the granting of the <br />variance. With the change of the setbacks, the <br />Applicant's property may be developed in .a manner <br />. similar to all other properties in the vicinity. The <br />granting of a variance will not be detrimental to othe: <br />properties in the area. <br />4. The Applicant should be allowed to develop his property <br />similar to the properties in the general vicinity. <br />5. The Everett Planning Department has recommended approval <br />of the variance subject to the conditions listed in <br />Finding �12. <br />
