Our scrvices were completed in general <br />accordance with our proposal signed by you on October 22, 2013. <br />INTRODUCTION <br />Wc visitcd thc sitc :�d mct with yau on Novembcr 25, 2013 to obscrvc thc cxisting conditions. Wc <br />undcrstand that in 1993, the crawlspacc below the northem portion of th�; existing residence was over- <br />exca��ated to creatc a bascmcnt arca. Ncw concrete wall foundations extcnding down from the existing <br />residence foundations and slab-on-grade werc poured to create the new space. This area is currently used <br />for storage. It is our understanding that you would likc to finish this arca. The City of Gverett has <br />rcqucstcd that you provide plans of the work that has been performed and any ?dditional work that needs <br />to be completec: to bring thc bascment up to current building code standards. Thc approximatc area of <br />thc 6asemenl expansion is s6own on the Schcmatic Site Plan in Figure 2. <br />
