The Plans as drawn do not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing. Provide lateral <br />analysis pmpared by u licensed Wushington State Strur.turt+l Engineer. <br />Notes hrve been updated to show this information oo Floor Plan Sheet A-1 and Wrll Scctions, <br />on Sheet A-3. Refer Also ro Structunl Calculations sttec6ed from RB Engineering dated <br />11.14.03. <br />2. We have increase wood [loor joists froro 2:8 to 2:10 to obtsin an R-30. <br />4. Specify size nnd spacing of bolts at Iedger attachment to existing rimjoist. <br />Note has revised on Building Section 1, on Sheet A-3. <br />5. Specify 'h" x 10" A.Ei.
