W�fHINGTON <br />aoaoi <br />�N81`CCTION OCPAqTMCNT <br />On March 22, 1979, you made an appeal to the City of Everett <br />Board of Adjustment in regard to your operation of a cedar <br />shake mill located in the vicinity of 51st Street West and <br />�lm. <br />After reviewing the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, <br />the Board of Adjustment £ound the cedar shake mill operation <br />to be in violation of the zoning ordinance of the City of <br />Everett thereby denying vour appeal. <br />The location of this property is in a single family residential <br />zone. Therefore, any and all operation of the sawmill is <br />unauthorized and illegal per the conclusion of the City of <br />Everett Board of Adjustment hearing held in March of 1979. <br />To preclude further legal action on <br />Everett, you are hereby ordered to <br />sawmill located on this property. <br />Yours truly, <br />Kenneth �9.
