November 3, 1969 <br />the regular meeting of the City of Everett hoard of `djustment was held at <br />7:30 p. m. , November 3, 1969, in City hall Council Chambers, City ball, <br />Everett, Vashington. <br />Mr. Graff presided, i�ir. ingrain and i,tr. Dickson were present. Mr. Cronin <br />and ;%.r. Champion were absent. <br />'lhe reeding of the minutes of the last nieetinG of September 2, 1969, were <br />dispensed with. <br />HEARING held on the application of Carl C. Condit, 504 - 51st, Everett, %'.. ash- <br />ington, for a variance from the zoning ordinance and permission to utilize a <br />residential building site for a single family residence and to utilize a portion of <br />this residential site as an access road to an existing sawmill. (Legal description <br />en file in the office of the Ylanning Department. ) <br />M.r. Condit's application was presented to the hoard and the audience by _+ir. <br />Bennett, :-acretary of the Loard of :'adjustment. <br />No additional testimony was presented by Ivir. Condit. <br />Questions were brought forth by members of the Loard relative to ingress and <br />egress to the proposed single family home and the existing Sawmill should both <br />properties be sold to two separate parties. <br />'the audience questioned the applicant, Air. Condit, about the following: <br />1). Vhat is your intention regarding the car bodies now on the <br />property: <br />2). %lien do you propose to commence construction of the single <br />family dwelling and what is the anticipated completion (late'. <br />3). k%hat is your proposal for the installation of a septic tank <br />considering the poor drainage in the area f <br />Mr. Condit replied the following to the three questions posed by the audience: <br />1). I will try to move the car bodies so as to improve the unsightliness <br />of the premises. <br />2). Mr. Condit gave no indication as to the type of single family <br />dwelling to be constructed, when construction would commence, <br />nor an anticipated completion date, nor how lie intended to <br />install a septic tank and drain field. <br />
