November 3, 1969 the regular meeting of the City of Everett hoard of `djustment was held at 7:30 p. m. , November 3, 1969, in City hall Council Chambers, City ball, Everett, Vashington. Mr. Graff presided, i�ir. ingrain and i,tr. Dickson were present. Mr. Cronin and ;%.r. Champion were absent. 'lhe reeding of the minutes of the last nieetinG of September 2, 1969, were dispensed with. HEARING held on the application of Carl C. Condit, 504 - 51st, Everett, %'.. ash- ington, for a variance from the zoning ordinance and permission to utilize a residential building site for a single family residence and to utilize a portion of this residential site as an access road to an existing sawmill. (Legal description en file in the office of the Ylanning Department. ) M.r. Condit's application was presented to the hoard and the audience by _+ir. Bennett, :-acretary of the Loard of :'adjustment. No additional testimony was presented by Ivir. Condit. Questions were brought forth by members of the Loard relative to ingress and egress to the proposed single family home and the existing Sawmill should both properties be sold to two separate parties. 'the audience questioned the applicant, Air. Condit, about the following: 1). Vhat is your intention regarding the car bodies now on the property: 2). %lien do you propose to commence construction of the single family dwelling and what is the anticipated completion (late'. 3). k%hat is your proposal for the installation of a septic tank considering the poor drainage in the area f Mr. Condit replied the following to the three questions posed by the audience: 1). I will try to move the car bodies so as to improve the unsightliness of the premises. 2). Mr. Condit gave no indication as to the type of single family dwelling to be constructed, when construction would commence, nor an anticipated completion date, nor how lie intended to install a septic tank and drain field.
