Ingram and carried <br />unanimously to postpone the rendering of a decision until the next regular <br />Board of Adjustment hearing December 1, 1969. 'This will allow for further <br />study to this complex application. <br />Bruce .Jones, City `.ttorney, reiterated the memorandum decision of October <br />10, 1969, and the Order Remanding :,pplication for Variance to the I-oard of <br />-Adjustment dated October 22, 1969, by the : uperior Court of nohomish County. <br />It was determined by i�ir.
