AND: WHEREAS: Novc!nber 3, 1969 and December 1, 1969 was fixed as the date of hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law. AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 3, 1969 and December 1, 1969 and the Board of Adjustment after reviewing all pertinent testimony and having personally visited the site, made the following findings: The requested variance would be injurious to the public o:clfare and properties in the vacinity. ALSO: As .long as the use of the adjacent property for sawmill purposes continues the property proposed for a variance would be inconsistent with the residential use proposed by the applicant. NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foregoing findings: BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT ROAun OF AnTU4?.T-.JT that said application be DENIED: AND: BE IT FINALLY ORDERED that a copy of this written order be transmitted to the applicant for their information.
