Please send <br />the Ciry of Everett Building Departrnent a copy of this documentation so <br />that they may address the concerns of the attached letter. <br />Also, the Ciry of Everett Planning Department requests that the steep <br />slope be replanted. Trees that have been removed from the steep slope <br />azea within the last year must be replaced at a 2:1 ratio. Other disturbed <br />azeas shall be repianted with native shcubs and groundcover. Replanting <br />must be completed prior to this summer. Enclosed is a recommended <br />planting list for native, low growing plants.
