The unusual nature of the lot property lines, which <br />are in effect centerlines of the driveways, creates <br />an unusual problem for the property owner. <br />c <br />2. The proposed structure will be built above the road <br />level so this will not create problems to adjacent <br />property owners. <br />3. The granting of the variance wil? ,:ot be detrimental <br />to the public welfare or injurious to property in <br />the vicinity. <br />4.
