LAWRENrE P. GAMROTH
5114 owler Avenue
Everett, WA 98203
(425) 749-8303
EMAIL: lgamroth@aol.com
August 7, 2006
ORIGINALS OF THIS LETTER WERE
SENT TO BOTH OF THE
ADDRESSEES LISTEB BELOW BY
REGULAR AND CERTIFIED
MAIL - RETURiT RECEIPT REQUESTED
Mr. Daniel G. Christofferson
SO1G 61 St. N. E.
Marysville, WA 98270
Certified Mail N0. 7006 0810 0001 7737 5699
Mr. David Christofferson
700 521D St. S. W.
Everett, WA 98203
Certified Mail No. 7006 0810 0001 7737 5682
Dear nan and David:
This letter is a follow-up to my telephone conversation with Dan
many weeks ago and my meeting with David on July 31, 2006 on the
sidewalk by iny property.
At both times, we discussed the tress on my property and the
logging you and your other brother will be 3oiny on your
property, which is directly south of mine. My goal was to resolve
the concerns I had in an informal, neighborly way. I stil.l hopa
that is possible, but David said some things, that require that I
write this letter.
Ii.. my conversation with Dan I felt that I taken extra steps to
f9.litate a cooperative resolution. As you recall, Dan, I
express my surprise that your surveyors had cut into two of my
trees in order to place ribbons which they believe are on the
southern bot.ndary line of my property. You sta.ted that the cuts
would not hu.•t the trees, noting that you have some trees that
have a ring oi bark missing and yet they have not die@.
/5
