Soil Properties Triangle and Iniiltration Rate Categorization chart <br />• Site photographs <br />Eveluation: <br />This engineer performed an on-site geotechnical and drainage evaluation on June <br />25, 1998. The overall property (understood to consist of .37 acres) consists oi an existing <br />residence (609 - 54th Street S.W.) ard flat wooded / grassy area to the west (see Iot layout <br />plan). <br />In order to assess the iniiitration rate of the soil, a series oi five (5) soil test holes were <br />hand-dug at the locations indicated. A garden hose and 5 gallon buckets were used to test <br />the iniiltration rate of the subgrade soils at the tive test holes.
