Massey Construction, Inc. <br />Page two <br />• � • � _ :. � • : = • iiu=�.: . � _ <br />Based on the findings of this on-site geotechnical and drainage evaluation, and <br />experience with similar properties, the following are concluded �nd recommended: <br />• The proposed three lot short subdivision at 609 - 54th Street S.W., Everett, <br />Washington, is geotechnically approved for the proposed twa new residences. <br />Standard reinforced continuous footing foundations, subject io inspection by City oi <br />Everett, a�� recommended. <br />• The subgrade soils, as tested, qualify for an iniiltration / disbursion system to manage <br />storm water. Based on this engineer's observation and results oi the infiilration rate <br />testing, the hydrologic soil group category is designated "B+". <br />• Property developer may utilize trench dimensions in accordance with U.S.D.A. <br />handout 3-2 to optimize lot layout. This engineer has reviewed the Massey <br />Construction, Inc. plans dated June 25, 1998, with the gravel filled trench and <br />iniiltration system layouts.
