This evaluation was requested by owner / developer (Massey Construction, <br />Inc.) and as required by City of Everett. <br />References: � <br />• Proposed three lot short subdivision plan by Massey Construction, Inc., dated <br />June 24', 1998 <br />• U.S.D.A. Soil Prc�erties Triangle and Infiltration Rate Categorization chart <br />• Site photographs <br />Evaluation: <br />This engineer periormed an on-site geotechnical and drainage evaluation on June <br />25, 1998. The overall property (understood to consist of .37 acres) consists of an pxisting <br />residence (609 - 54th Street S.W.) and flat wood!ad /grassy area to the west (see lot layout <br />plan). <br />In order to assess the infiltration rate of the soil, a series of tive (5) soil test holes were <br />hand-dug at the locations indicated. A garden hose and 5 gallon buckets were used to test <br />the infiltration rate ot the subgrade soils at the tive test holes.
