Massey Construction, Inc. <br />Page two <br />•� .�: :�� : •uu:�.: .�: <br />Based on the findings of this o�-sit�: geotechnicai and drainage evaluation, and <br />experience with similar properties, the following are concluded and recommended: <br />The proposed three lot short subdivision at 609 - 54th Streat S.W., Everett, <br />Washington, is geotechnically approved for the proposed two new residences. <br />Standard reinforced continuous footing foundations, subject to inspection by City of <br />Everett, are recommended. <br />The subgrade soils, as tested, qualify for an iniiltration / disbursion system to manage <br />storm water. Based on this engineer's observation and results oi the infiltration rate <br />testing, the hydrologic soil group category is designated "B+". <br />Property developer may utilize trench dimensions in aca�rdance with U.S.D.A. <br />handout 3-2 to optimize lot layout. This engineer has reviewed the Massey <br />Construction, Inc. plans dated June 25, 1998, with the gravel tilled trench and <br />infiltration system layouts.
