Crantor does release, indemn�fy and pzomise to defend and eave <br />harmless the City, its offlcers, employees ann agents from and against sny and <br />all liability, loss, damage, expense, actions and claims, including costs nnd <br />reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the City, its officers, employees and <br />agenes in defense thereof, assercing or arising directly or indirecr.ly on <br />account of or out of Grantor's use or activity on/in ehe above-deacribed <br />easement; provided, however, this paragraph does not purporn r.o indemnify the <br />City egainst liability for damsges arising out of bodily injury to persons or <br />damnges to property caused hy or zesulting from the sola nsgligence of the <br />Cicy, its officers, amployees and agents. <br />7.
