In the event Grantor placas any improvements on tho eesement or <br />constructs anything on the easement without fizst having obCained the written <br />approval of the CSty Enginoer, the Crantor shall cease all such accivity and <br />remove any and all impxovements placod thereon without the written agreement <br />of the City Engineer.
