These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 Intemational Residential Code, <br />as amended by thc State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2004 Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will Le necessary to <br />provide the Building Division w�th hvo complete new sets of drawings reflecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />1. The engincering �ubmitted does not inc(ude a vehicle surchazge in the design. <br />2. The engineering calls for a 10" thick footing; the detail shows a 6" footing. <br />3. Provide building section at firewall specific to this structure. Show 1-Hour at attic in <br />lower unit. <br />4.
