2.1. Purchoselsale of Mitigalion Gedifs <br /> 2.1.1. Purchase/Sale. Bank Sponsor h:reby sells to Buyer and Buyer hereby buys from <br /> Bank �ponsor one tenth (.l) of a Mitigation Credits Gom the Snoho�_iish Basin <br /> Mitigation Bank upon all of the terms, covenants, and conditions set forth in this <br /> Ageement("Project Mitigation Credits"). <br /> 2.1.2. Buyer shall be solely responsible for <br /> determining whether the Mitigation Credits may be used for the Project and ihe <br /> Permit(s). Bank Sponsor provides no representation or warrant}' as to the utiliry or <br /> applicabilit}'r.`:he Mitigation Gedits to the Project or Yermit(s).
